The Raleigh Music Academy offers quality instruction in numerous instruments. Some of which include guitar, bass, drums, piano, voice, flute, banjo, and mandolin. Our teachers have years of instructional and performance experience to give to their students. Just about any style and level of music instruction is offered. Music theory, sight reading, ear training, improvisation, soloing and chording are all a part of a custom-tailored private lesson for each and every student. The private lessons are once a week for 30 minutes. Another offering of Raleigh Music Academy is participation in a Student Performance. This gives students the chance to play in a live situation with other musicians and learn from each other and how to interact in a band situation. It is completely voluntary and the students are matched up according to skill level and according to which style of music they prefer. For band oriented performances, the RMA is outfitted with a live soundstage, house sound system and lights. A quality facility is important to us in order that the students are learning in a comfortable environment.
