2008 RMA Summer Guitar Workshop Registration The form below can be used to register for the 2008 RMA Summer Guitar Workshop. Please register as soon as possible, as class sizes will be limited. Filling out the form below preregisters you for a slot at the workshop. A deposit for 50% of the tuition must then be mailed to: Raleigh Music Academy 4720 Hargrove Rd., Suite 130 Raleigh, NC 27616. Money orders and personal checks are acceptable forms of payment. If you would like to pay via Paypal, please send your payment to paul@raleighmusicacademy.com. NOTE: All participants in the workshop must add a non-refundable $25.00 registration/materials fee to the total of the package they choose. Enrollment is limited for this workshop and it is therefore necessary that all registrants do their best to attend. For any cancellations after June 30th, there will be forfeiture of 50% of the tuition (i.e. the deposit), as it will be very difficult to fill a spot at that late of a date. After registering, you will receive a verification email with the total due for the package selected. Your deposit in the amount of 50% of your grand total is due as soon as you register with the balance due by June 15th. If you would still like to attend the workshop, we have some remaining openings for the classes and of course you would still see Paul Gilbert at his performance clinic. Anybody who now enrolls (as of May 1st) can sign up for any of the packages minus the PG Master Class. We will reduce your tuition for whichever package that includes the PG Master Class by $50 because of the Master Class being full.
